At Back Patio, we offer three packages to meet the needs of your wedding depending on your vision. 

It is also possible to customize your package by mixing and matching and adding additional services based on your unique needs.

  • We bring our team of vendors in to execute every aspect your event (what are these?)

  • Rental tracking per space of your event

  • Vendor communication of event planning document

  • Day-of-vendor management 

  • 10 hour onsite contract managing the execution of your event as a team with your vendors

  • Access to our Client-only online portal which includes:

    •  list of preferred vendors

    • info about our custom signage

    • Day of printables offer

    • Optional design board creation once all your vendors have been booked

Including everything from the terrace PLUS:

This boost is highly suggested at a minimum if you are creating an event from scratch with a venue that requires rentals for everything.

Additionally, this has worked well for couples who are in need of a bit more help in design, decor management, additional face to face meetings or chair flip from ceremony to reception for up to150 guests.


Can be used towards anything (what can be used towards everything?) added at any time (value is $600 for boost) and is designed in writing before the client signs any contract.

This package is highly suggested for the client who wants minimal interaction with vendors until a contract is needed to be reviewed and signed.


It works best for weddings at venues who require rentals to be brought in because they do not offer included event furniture.


We will facilitate vendor introductions and communication regarding inventory selection and alterations until client approval and schedule four additional in-person client meetings.


We will also work closely with you, providing ideas regarding any details you would like to add to your event like guest favors, escort cards and more.

Not sure which package is right for you ?


  • A minimum $150 travel fee will be required after assessing venue location.

  • If your event requires a chair flip, inventory flip or any movement of large scale rental inventory, the terrace boost package is required at a minimum. (Explain what these flips and rental inventory is)

  • Inventory will be confirmed with both parties before confirmation of package upgrade.

  • If you are doing DIY flowers which require entire event placement, the terrace boost package will be required at a minimum.

  • If your catering/bar companies are not hired to bus or clean up after reception (Food Trucks, Taco Pop Ups and Mobile Bars for example), we offer an additional Food + Beverage clean up service starting at $600.

  • *Due to COVID-19, we are happy to make any 'meetings' over the phone and can meet later if you so choose.*
